Cash Back Program Terms and Conditions:
- The cash back program is available to all customers who have opened an account in our system.
- To open an account, customers are required to provide their mobile phone number and name.
- Upon registration, customers will receive a one-time bonus of 0.50 euro credited to their account.
- As a birthday gift, customers will receive a bonus of 2.00 euro credited to their account during their birthday month. Proof of birthdate may be required.
- Cash back rewards are calculated at a rate of 5% of the total order amount (excluding taxes and gratuities).
- Cash back rewards are credited to the customer's account immediately after each qualifying purchase.
- Customers can identify themselves for cash back rewards by providing their mobile phone number or scanning a QR code at the time of ordering.
- Cash back rewards can be used as a form of payment for future orders.
- Customers have the option to redeem their cash back rewards to either partially or fully pay for their bill.
- Cash back rewards have no expiration date and can be accumulated over time.
- Cash back rewards are not applicable on orders that are part of happy hours offers.
- Cash back rewards are not earned when using prepaid deposit cards as a payment method.
- The coffee shop reserves the right to implement security measures to protect the integrity of the cash back program.
- In case of suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the cash back program, the coffee shop reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including the cancellation of accumulated rewards and the termination of the customer's account.
- The coffee shop reserves the right to modify or terminate the cash back program at any time, without prior notice to customers.
- The coffee shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the cash back program, or any aspect thereof, at any time without prior notice.
- The coffee shop will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any changes or discontinuation of the cash back program via email or other communication channels provided by the customer during registration.
- The coffee shop is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to system outages, that may temporarily affect the availability or calculation of cash back rewards.
- The coffee shop will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by customers as a result of participating in the cash back program, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- Customers are responsible for keeping their account information and login credentials confidential. The coffee shop is not responsible for any unauthorized access to a customer's account.
- The coffee shop may collect and process personal information provided by customers for the purposes of managing the cash back program and complying with applicable data protection laws. The coffee shop will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
- By voluntarily opening an account either through self-registration or with the assistance of coffee shop staff, the customer explicitly agrees to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in the cash back program.
- By participating in the cash back program, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, in addition to the general terms and conditions outlined previously.
- Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change, and customers may not always be notified of updates or modifications.
